Are these chords suitable for piano too? Or are there some slight modefications?

yes. you can use these for piano, guitar and piano are both in the same key. so they will work.
the only thing is the chords are written with a capo the first fret. this puts the guitar in the key of c#, to play this on the piano just raise the chords 1/2 step. so c would be c#, g will be g# ect.
what would the am be? how would you raise that? cause im getting confused!
