Here are just some rules, guidelines, terms and conditions for the Fan of the Month.

• You must fill out ALL questions, unless they are an optional one.
• You must provide a photo of yourself.
• The picture must be a picture with only you in it, UNLESS you have a picture with He is We and yourself.
• If you win Fan of the Month, and for any reason want me to take down your Fan of the Month post, just contact me using the contact page and I will do it as soon as possible.
• You will only need to apply ONCE. I will go through all previous applications for Fans of the Month.
• You may send in another application if you wish to change you picture, or information etc..
• By applying you agree to me using your photo, and any information on my site.
